At KANDYSMOKE our goal is to provide you with the quality products and all accessories that you deserve for your lifestyle smoking.
We accept return or exchange if your item has arrived damaged, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please follow our exceptions to our return and refund policy :
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
We accept returns on all unused products up to 30 days after the order has been placed. We don’t accept return for the orders shipped outside of the united states.
